TRACKLESS TRAM IN MELAKA?
Putrajaya will be testing their trackless tram on 1.2.2024 until 31.12.2024.
Going trackless will allow speedier implementation of proposed Melaka tram project. It can go onto existing roads straight away.

ST. PAUL'S HILL RENAMED BUKIT MELAKA
Again without official public notice, we see Bukit Melaka at St. Paul's Hill recently.
Unilateral action by Melaka City Council similar to changing of one way of Kee Ann road.
The same action for turning one way streets and closing on Fridays to Sundays without consultation.
NEW DEVELOPMENT BESIDES ENCORE MELAKA
KEB is developing The Cove in Melaka. The site is located besides Encore Melaka.
The development is opened for registration. Apartment sizes are from 511 sq. ft to 850 sq.ft.
