We can have a new ETS line from KLIA to Singapore. The line from KLIA goes to Port Dickson, Masjid Tanah, Sungai Udang, Melaka, Muar, Batu Pahat, Iskandar and Singapore.
This will be the South West corridor. Costs wise should be cheaper than the HSR as the ETS can be built by local contractors like the newly opened from KL to JB.
Finally the whole double tracking Electric Train from the North to the South has been completed today.
This was done by the completion of the ETS from Kluang to Johor Baru today.

Instead of the proposed HSR line from KL to Singapore, we can have a new ETS line from Seremban to Port Dickson, Sungai Udang, Melaka, Muar, Batu Pahat, Iskandar Puteri and Singapore, the Southwest corridor.
The new ETS train from KL Sentral to JB Sentral will begin on 12 th. December 2025.
The trip one way will take about 3.5 to 4 hours. One way fare is only RM 82.00 per person.
For visitors from Melaka to catch this ETS, you have to travel to Pulau Sebang/Tampin.
Based on records received by the Tourism Promotion Division of the Melaka Chief Minister's Department, a total of 249,829 tourists have boarded luxury cruise ships to Melaka.
State tourism, heritage, arts and culture committee chairman Datuk Abdul Razak Abdul Rahman said the arrival of the tourists was via six luxury cruise ships – Genting Dream, Seven Sea Voyager, Riviera, Star Voyager, Regatta and Nautica.

He was answering a question from Low Chee Leong (PH-Kota Laksamana) regarding the number of luxury cruise ship tourist landings in Melaka each month since 2024.
Regarding the construction of the Cruise Terminal on Pulau Melaka, Abdul Razak stated that development work has begun, and progress was at approximately 5%.

No, there are no direct flights from China to Melaka (Malacca International Airport - MKZ); flights connect via hubs like Kuala Lumpur (KUL) or Singapore (SIN), but you'll likely fly into KUL from major Chinese cities (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen) and take a bus or connecting flight to Melaka.
Direct flights exist from China to Malaysia, but land in bigger airports, not MKZ.
